About Me

Hi my name is Karen Scott but lots of girls around the Tiptree area know me as 'Snowy'. I have been the Unit Leader for1st Tiptree Brownies & 1st Tiptree Rainbows since 2021 but been a leader in Girlguiding since 2019.

When you don't find me messing around with Brownies and Rainbows, you will find my crafting as I run my own needle felting business.

As the administrator for Tiptree United Reformed church you will find me involved in multiple activities in the church.

Over the years I have been a nursey nurse, educational communicator in main stream schools and worked in administration and retail.

I have also been a member of Tiptree Choral Society since the age of 11 and love singing.

You know the saying ' If you want something done, ask a busy person' I am that busy person.

With Tiptree Youth Project I am the administrator and safeguarding lead and want to see that the young people of Tiptree and the surrounding area have a safe place to be themselves and thrive in their lives.
