Olga Zhernova

Originally from Ukraine, Olga has been living in the UK for almost two years. She has a strong background in education and science, with over 10 years of experience teaching and supporting young people. Since moving to the UK, Olga has actively volunteered in schools and community projects, helping children with learning, confidence, and emotional development.

Olga brings empathy, patience, and strong communication skills to her work. Her own experience of adapting to life in a new country helps her connect with young people from different backgrounds and support them in building their identity and self-esteem. She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where every child feels heard, supported, and encouraged to grow.
