Playground Pastoral

Playground pastoral work at Thurstable School. Working with our partners from the Essex Youth Service (EYS), Andy visits our local secondary school each week for a lunchtime Wednesday Walkabout. 

This builds trust and good working relationships with the students and has the full support of the senior leadership team and staff at the school. 

Being in the school has led to other opportunities for us to work with the school community.
